These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between B.B. BLUEBRIDGE TRADING CO. LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (Company No. HE 480375), and its corporate clients (“Client”, “You”).
These Terms apply to all orders for luxury watches supplied by B.B. BLUEBRIDGE to corporate customers.
You confirm that you are a legally registered business entity purchasing for commercial purposes. Orders from private individuals are not accepted.
All orders must be submitted in writing and must include:
All prices are quoted on a per-order basis and exclude taxes, duties, and shipment costs unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on brand, availability, and market conditions.
Payment must be made in full by bank transfer to our designated account upon order confirmation. Goods will not be released or delivered without confirmation of cleared funds.
Watches are shipped directly from our supplier to the Client’s business address. The risk of loss passes to the Client upon shipment. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination.
Ownership of the goods remains with B.B. BLUEBRIDGE until full payment has been received. Risk transfers to the Client at the time of shipment.
Due to the nature of luxury watch trading, all sales are final. Returns may be considered only in exceptional cases by mutual agreement and are subject to verification of authenticity and condition.
Clients agree to provide all necessary documentation required for AML and regulatory compliance, including proof of business registration and identification of the authorized purchaser.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Cyprus.
